Thanks to Chris for this one, it is an add-on called Firefox Showcase. It allows you to see all of the tabs you have open at once, which can be really helpful when you have more than 3 or 4 tabs open at once. Very nice.

Last night, I had the opportunity to play the Halo 3 Beta. It was a lot of fun. It looks great at this point of the process. I read about a really interesting way to contribute to disease research. It is called Folding@Home Distributed Computing. What you do is download the program and it uses your computer processor when you aren't using it to simulate protein folding which is useful as research for a couple of different diseases like cancer, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's. I have started taking a Jiu-Jitsu class. The class is informal - meaning no belts or testing or anything like that. Mostly learning moves for about 45 minutes and then 45 minutes of grappling. It is Brazilian Jiu-jitsu which is a submission techniques ground fiting martial art. That is about all I know, and I may have some of the details off. So far, I really enjoy the grappling and it is great
